Antique American Belcher Mosaic Glass Fire Screen.  In its original Oak Frame the Screen measures 31" x 47" while the panel in its frame measures 28" x 39".  The Oak frame is in very good original condition while the Mosaic pane is in excellent condition.  (The missing blue border piece is in hand.)

I have only seen one other Mosaic Fire Screen.
